At this very moment, yes they all are made with care and love by us. We put our time and positive vibes in every trinkets we make.
Yes! Our entire family is vegan and we make sure to only use materials that does not cause suffering to any living being.
We just launched our store very recently! We do plan on offering a whole range of witchcraft supplies and products. Our northern smoke cleansing sticks are even drying out as you read this ;)

Shipping and Delivery

All of our orders are ship from Québec, Canada. We DO NOT dropship, we do not own any warehouse either. Every single order is manually process by us from our office.
We use Post Canada for all our orders.
Our delivery ravens are working hard to get your package to you as soon as possible. Every packages should arrive under three business days for Quebec and withing four business days for the rest of Canada. If you are in the U.S.A, it should take between 4 to 6 business days to arrive.
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

We currently offer free returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order.
We know the drill – you’ve been needing to return it, but life gets in the way. We are happy to help you return that one, and offer a 30 day return period for you to make that tough decision! Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
Sadly, we know that sometimes your new trinket doesn't have the right vibe for you. You can certainly return your products to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days.<br />*Please note: all products must be returned in as new condition, with the tag and original box to be eligible for a return. **Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.
Another crystal caught your eye? It happens – trust us, our altar is full of them! You can certainly return your product to us for an exchange to a new one, provided it is returned within 30 days and respect our return policy.
We’ve got you covered here too. All returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within Canada will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office! Just contact us at info@witchry.com and we will be able to help you along the way.
We are working hard behind the scenes to get our ravens in and out in the wild. We strongly encourage that you send through a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged. As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately! If you forget to grab this receipt, we will just need to wait until that one gets back to us before we can go ahead.
We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank.


Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, we are ready to spring into action! Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly you may include photos so we can help identify what has happened.
These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to go through our returns process. As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

We are currently located in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada and operate from our office at home. Our store is still small and only family owned, so we haven't face the need to move out yet.
